Job Description:
This position is for EVENINGS & WEEKENDS. Requires customer service experience, knowledge of front desk functions, and the ability to oversee the front desk operation. Must be dependable and always display a professional and guest-oriented attitude. Answer general interest calls to the area. Maintain supplies for the front desk area, organization is a must. Communicate with all operations departments to provide and maintain a good experience for the guests. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Verify guest paperwork and the ability to search the computer database for guest information.
- Dependable and punctual
- Prepare gate access and amenity cards.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to assist guests with proper access.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the Front Desk area and lobby, and perform general cleaning duties (bathroom, vacuum, dust, garbage).
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Essential Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk or stand during the entire shift
- Continuous reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, and stooping, ability to lift 25 pounds
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Computer Skills required - Using basic computer hardware and software (e.g., personal computers, word processing software, Internet browsers, email, etc.).
- Multi-task oriented
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of hardware and peripheral devices required to perform the job
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and leaders
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Capable of seeing a task through to completion
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates a professional business appearance and upbeat, pleasant personality
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
