Who You Are?

This role is for a high-performing financial advisor who excels at closing business, is confident in front of clients, and has deep expertise in retirement planning, annuities (especially Fixed Indexed Annuities), and managed money solutions.

You are :

  • A high-level communicator who thrives in client-facing situations.
  • A closer who can turn interested prospects into long-term clients.
  • Experienced in guiding clients through retirement planning and financial strategies.
  • Licensed and ready to work in a fiduciary capacity ( Series 65 or equivalent required ).
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with pre-qualified prospects who have expressed interest in our services.
  • Develop and present customized retirement plans using AUM-based investment strategies and fixed-indexed annuities (FIAs).
  • Confidently guide clients through the decision-making process, demonstrating financial expertise.
  • Convert prospects into clients and drive new business for the firm.
  • Collaborate with paraplanners and operations staff to ensure seamless plan implementation and client service.
  • Stay current on industry trends, annuity products, and managed money solutions.

    Qualifications & Requirements

  • Licensing : Series 65 (or equivalent) and Life Insurance License required.
  • Experience : Strong preference for advisors with client-facing experience in retirement or financial planning.
  • Sales & Communication Skills : Ability to connect with clients, understand their concerns, and confidently present solutions.
  • Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of retirement income planning, tax-efficient strategies, and annuities .
