Schedule:
- Winter Hours (October - March):
- Friday: 12 PM - 6 PM
- Saturday: 11 AM - 6 PM
- Sunday: 11 AM - 6 PM
- Summer Hours (April - September):
- Friday: 1 PM - 7 PM
- Saturday: 12 PM - 7 PM
- Sunday: 12 PM - 7 PM
- Days Off: Monday & Tuesday
- Meetings: Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 11 AM (Lead follow-up, production, client updates, training)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, commission-only licensed Realtor to join our real estate team as a Model Home Sales Representative. This position involves staffing a model home, engaging with prospective buyers, and managing lead follow-up to drive sales. Agents will receive exclusive leads provided by our team and must actively follow up daily to ensure conversion.
Compensation Structure:
- 1.5% Commission on all listing transactions.
- 2% Commission when both buyer and seller are represented within our development, with the lead provided by our team.
- 50/50 Split on any leads provided by the team where they do not buy in development.
- 75/25 Split on deals agents generate on their own not in our development (75% to the agent).
- One free personal transaction per year (if the agent buys a property for themselves, EXCLUDES FAMILY OR FRIENDS).
Responsibilities:
✅ Staff the model home during assigned hours and engage with potential buyers.
✅ Follow up daily with all leads provided by the team.
✅ Attend team meetings on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 11 AM (focus on lead follow-up, production updates, client management, and training).
✅ Track weekend traffic and engagement metrics (Saturdays & Sundays).
✅ Work exclusively as a captive agent on our team (all transactions go through the team).
✅ Uphold professionalism and brand standards while representing our model home.

Ideal Candidate:
- Active Colorado Real Estate License required. Must join Stonebrook Real Estate brokerage.

- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working weekends and attending required meetings on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a passion for real estate.
