Job Summary
The Hardscape Field Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing hardscape construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain high standards of quality throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills (English & Spanish), organizational skills and a deep understanding of hardscape construction principles.
Duties
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to establish project timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Manage workforce scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to optimize team productivity.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
Skills
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards within the construction industry.
- Experience in pipeline construction or related fields is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Must be able to speak Spanish & English
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during project execution.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
