About the Role
Stonefield Engineering and Design is currently recruiting a Planning Intern to join the Land Use Planning Team.
This is a dynamic position that will offer the opportunity for diverse interaction and rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Review site plans and development applications to identify compliance with land development regulations and zoning ordinances
- Prepare testimony outlines for municipal land use board hearings
- Create aerial and land use exhibits for municipal land use board hearings
- Assist with the preparation of planning reports and community impact statements
