Job Description
Stonefield Engineering and Design is currently recruiting a Landscape Designer Intern. This is a dynamic position that will offer the opportunity for diverse interaction and rapid growth. The right candidate will bring a strong technical background, interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity, and a desire for continued growth and learning. As Stonefield is a multi-disciplinary firm, interest in cross disciplinary work within the field of civil engineering and consulting is encouraged. Job responsibilities will include design of site layout, grading, landscaping, and lighting. The position will also include project management responsibilities, zoning and land development permitting, field inspection, site plan drafting, rendering of photorealistic images, environmental impact assessment, and preparation of project reports.
Responsibilities
- 2D Site plan rendering & 3D model rendering.
- Drafting of landscape plans, planting plans, tree removal and mitigation plans.
- Site and zoning investigation, concept design, field work, assisting in site plan design, data collection, cost estimating, and associated supporting tasks.
