Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and reliable Landscape Crew Members to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping, a strong work ethic, and a desire to contribute to the beautification of outdoor spaces. As a Landscape Crew Member, you will work alongside a team of professionals to install, maintain, and enhance our clients' landscapes.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting, mulching, and hardscape construction (e.g., patios, walkways, retaining walls).

2. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and adhering to safety protocols.

3. Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, pruning, and weeding to uphold the appearance and health of landscapes.

4. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and to meet deadlines.

5. Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or questions.

6. Uphold company standards for quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in all aspects of work.

7. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred but not required.

2. Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors for extended periods.

3. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.

6. Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
