StoneGate Senior Living, LP, a premier provider of support services to senior care facilities, is seeking a Regional Director of Business Development for its DFW, Tulsa, OK, and Colorado Regions. If you are an experienced Director of Business Development, we have the opportunity for you.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Business Development to join our team. Based in our Lewisville office, this leadership role will focus on strengthening our relationships with hospital and physician partners, enhancing the sales skills of our liaison team, and identifying opportunities to build census across our skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving growth, strong leadership abilities, and extensive experience in healthcare business development.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Partnership Building :

Establish and nurture relationships with key hospital and physician partners to drive referral volume and foster collaboration.
Represent the organization in hospital meetings, physician groups, and community events to enhance our market presence.

Liaison Sales Support :

Serve as a resource and coach to strengthen the sales skills of our liaison team, providing training and guidance on best practices.

Conduct joint visits with liaisons to hospital and physician partners to develop strategies and improve outcomes.

Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to drive growth.

Census Development :

Identify market opportunities to increase census across all facilities within the network.

Collaborate with facility leaders to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at growing admissions and improving retention.

Monitor competitive trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Job Requirements

Must have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or (5) five years related field experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.

At least (2) two years of experience with referral development and contact; (2) two years’ experience as a long-term care Marketing Director preferred.

Should possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

SNF & LTC admissions knowledge and / or experience.

The ability to multi-task and identify / interact with various referral sources.

Ability to communicate in English via phone, in writing and verbally in conversation with various levels of staff and all external contacts.

Supervisory experience preferred.

Clinical knowledge is a plus.

Must be able to travel (50%).
