Headquartered in Lewisville, Texas, StoneGate Senior Living provides management services to 32 healthcare facilities, which employ a total of more than 4,200 employees. As a member of StoneGate Senior Living’s Corporate Human Resources team, the Director of Human Resources will direct the human resources function in the company’s supported healthcare facilities throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado. In that role, the Director of Human Resources is responsible for the supervision of the company’s Regional Human Resources Consultant and Corporate Talent Acquisition teams.This position will focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, retention, performance management, total rewards, HR operations and systems, and compliance and reporting across the management portfolio. This position will be based out of the Lewisville, TX management office and is a fully on-site position, but will require occasional travel.

The ideal candidate will have the following credentials :
- 5 years of relevant Human Resources management experience at the Director level including management of Human Resources staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field required
- Healthcare experience required, preferably in the long-term care and assisted living markets
- Human Resources Certification preferred – PHR / SPHR
- Strong background in employee relations and labor management
- Proven experience using HR related data to communicate and drive business decisions
- Be a service-oriented professional who is highly responsive and empathetic and garners the respect of employees and business leaders
- Able to manage competing priorities and ensure timely follow-through with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent team management and leadership capabilities
