Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Pega Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Pega PRPC, workflow automation, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement Pega solutions aligning with business requirements.
Lead Pega application development, customization, and optimization.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure system efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve Pega-related technical issues.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Mentor junior developers and support project teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
8 years in Pega development with at least 3 years as a Pega Architect.
Certifications:
Pega CSA, CSSA, or LSA (preferred).
Strong expertise in Pega PRPC, Case Management, and BPM.
Experience in integrations (SOAP/REST APIs, Web Services).
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
