Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Tester Lead to manage and lead testing efforts across SAP modules. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of SAP processes and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP testing projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.

• Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

• Work with business analysts, developers, and end-users to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.

• Oversee end-to-end testing activities for SAP modules such as SD, MM, FICO, HCM, and others.

• Coordinate and manage integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.

• Manage defect lifecycle, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the testing team and ensure adherence to testing best practices and standards.

• Report test progress, metrics, and quality status to stakeholders.

• Ensure testing is completed on time and within budget.

• Utilize tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or similar test management tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 7 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a lead role focused on SAP.

• Strong understanding of SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).

• Experience in both manual and automation testing within SAP environments.

• Familiarity with test automation tools such as Worksoft, Tricentis Tosca, or UFT is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
