Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to oversee all financial aspects of our organization. The Controller will be responsible for financial reporting, budget management, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of accounting; oversee accounts payable, cash management, and general ledger accounting
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes
- Provide guidance on governmental, public, and corporate accounting practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience in a Controller or similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting and reconciliation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA certification preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $106,465.00 - $115,711.00 per year
