Job Overview
Dietary Supervisor:
Stonegate's Retirement Community located in Greenville; De is seeking a dedicated Dietary Supervisor to oversee food service operations within our community. The ideal candidate will have a background in the food industry and possess strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
Your shift ends by 9:30 at the latest!
Responsibilities:
-Trains new dining room employees to ensure proper service to residents.
-Supervises dining room personnel to ensure proper and efficient service.
-Follows standards and procedures for preparing food.
-Conducts daily pre-meal meetings of scheduled dining room personnel. Assigns workstations and review menu.
-Greet residents and escort them to their table.
-Collect guest checks and compiles information for meal counts and resident charges.
-Assigns and monitors completion of the side work of each employee after each shift.
-Is responsible for being knowledgeable of and able to perform all fire and safety, tornado, and disaster evaluation procedures. Employees shall participate in all building preparedness programs.
Must have supervisory experience
