Nurse - Registered Nurse

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
- Utilize EMR and EHR systems to accurately document patient information and treatment plans.
- Conduct patient assessments to identify health needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive and quality patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest nursing practices and technologies to deliver optimal care.
Qualifications:
- RN license
- Familiarity with EMR and EHR systems
