As a Therapy Administrative Assistant, you will assist the Therapy team with scheduling, ordering, communicating with physicians, and cleaning the therapy space. You will also complete our homecare billing to clients. As well as provide direct services to patients, such as initial orientation to facilities and services, complete paperwork and provide assistance with Medicaid. There will be required record keeping materials that are needed for survey and auditing purposes. This positions requires personal interaction with patients in a supportive, helpful manner.
- Schedule outpatient staff to clients.
- Responsible for starting all new patients with therapy services .
- Responsible for all outpatient evaluations, recertification, and discharges being faxed for the provider's signature.
- Responsible for uploading provider documents into the system.
- Cleaning in the outpatient clinic.
- Responsible for homecare on-call when scheduled at a time for nights, and weekends.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree preferred and/or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of customer service experience in human services field.
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English materials.
- Must be able to respect the privacy and confidentiality of any information accessed necessary to perform job requirements.
- Must be willing to help out in other areas when needed.
