We are a well-established catering company with with an Executive Chef and over 14 years of success. We are known for our attention to detail, high-quality food, and exceptional customer service. We’re now expanding with a new and exciting supper club venture, combining the best of fine dining with a collaborative, family-oriented atmosphere. Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced chef to join our team and grow with us as we launch our new supper club while continuing to thrive in our established catering business. This is an exciting opportunity to develop culinary skills in both a creative, high-energy setting and the fast-paced environment of catering prep and execution. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, teamwork, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes for both the supper club and catering events
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and execute high-quality menus
- Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation
- Help with event setup and execution of catering orders on-site
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, adhering to food safety protocols
- Work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and supportive attitude
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for new dishes and menu ideas
- Contribute to fostering a positive, team-oriented work culture that values mental health and work-life balance
Qualifications:
- Passion for cooking and the culinary arts
- 5 years restaurant experience
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
