Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the floral department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Design and create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and holidays.
- Manage inventory levels by tracking stock, ordering supplies, and ensuring freshness of flowers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their selections and offering expert advice on floral care.
- Train and supervise staff in floral design techniques, customer service skills, and sales strategies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral workspace to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special promotions or events related to flowers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in floral design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Experience in retail sales, preferably within a floral.
- Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels and inventory efficiently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
