We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Nursing Home Administrator in Training (AIT) at Summersville Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies.
The ideal candidate will have a desire to assume key leadership roles, including Executive Director. As an AIT, you will assist the Executive Director in providing leadership to all staff, ensuring that care standards are met and quality resident care is provided at all times.
Your responsibilities will include functioning as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure work is accomplished and quality care is delivered. You will support team members and lead the way in celebrating team successes.

Qualified candidates must have:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Must be enrolled in or have completed an AIT program
- Strong management and operation skills
- Strong math/budgetary skills
