The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to assume key leadership roles, including Executive Director. The position of Nursing Home Administrator in Training / AIT will assist the Executive Director in providing leadership to all staff, ensuring that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided. This role requires functioning as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure work is accomplished and quality care is delivered.
