TheCasino Host executes the player marketing strategy to increase premium players, their visits and their loyalty. All job duties are to be performed in accordance with Company Policies & Procedures, minimum Internal Control standards, and other legal regulations and requirements. Job Functions:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value casino players, ensuring their needs are met and preferences are catered to.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests, addressing their concerns, inquiries, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Identify potential high-value players and develop strategies to attract and retain their patronage.
  • Plan and coordinate special events, promotions, and personalized experiences to engage and retain high-value players and encourage repeat visits.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills to ensure a positive resolution for all parties involved.
  • Work closely with other casino departments to address guest concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Communicate effectively with various casino departments to ensure seamless coordination in meeting guest requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain high-value players.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions, preferences, and relevant communication.
  • Generate regular reports on guest activity, feedback, and player performance to assist in decision-making and future strategies.
  • Develops player relationships to foster company loyalty and retention to minimize player defection.
  • Uses player tracking system and player rating cards to analyze player profitability.
  • Assists in analyzing player profiles for offers.
  • Promotes and enrolls guests into Player’s Club and Stones App.
  • Communicate with players by telephone, email, app, and mail on a regular basis.
  • Assure effective communications are maintained within areas of responsibility by informing employees of plans and progress and conducting employee discussion sessions at regular intervals.
  • Fosters good working relationships, coordinates efforts and communicates information with all related departments to ensure effective guest service and internal service.
  • Provides consistent, prompt and courteous guest service at all times and responds to player concerns and complaints promptly.

· Monitor and enforce Title 31 and Suspicious Activity Reporting policies and procedures in compliance with State and Federal regulations. This includes but not limited to maintaining an up-to-date Player Tracking Logs (PTL) and Multiple Transaction Logs (MTL) and Player Acquisition Logs (PAL) and future compliance implementations.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills are required. High school diploma or GED is required. A minimum of 6 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred, but not required.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or team members of organization.

Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills. Ability to accurately calculate addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in an efficient manner.

Reasoning Ability: The ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Conditions of Employment

This job has conditions of employment essential to the position that include:

· Must be able to successfully pass a thorough background check in order to obtain and maintain a city work permit.

· May be required to obtain and maintain a Key Employee License issued by the State of California Department of Justice Bureau of Gambling Control.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, ranging from the chips coming together on the casino floors, tables, and overhead speaker to individuals talking loudly. It may also include moderate noise from office equipment computer keyboard tapping, telephones ringing, voices communicating, and music from special events.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
