As an HR Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in aligning our people strategy with business goals, creating a supportive and productive work culture, and driving the company forward—all while collaborating closely with our on-site leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure adherence to established HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks that reflect our values and compliance standards.
- Lead recruitment efforts, managing the majority of the cycle from job postings and candidate screening to onboarding exceptional talent.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious and efficient workplace.
- Ensure the company’s compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and benefit standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and align HR strategies with organizational growth.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention—fostering a thriving, inclusive workplace culture.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience running an HR department, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Deep understanding of labor laws, compliance, and best practices in employee relations.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach to HR challenges and business needs.
- SHRM certification preferred, not required.
