Job Summary and Qualifications
The Medical Laboratory Technologist will perform laboratory tests in Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Blood Bank, Serology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Microbiology, with limited duties in histology, while adhering to established laboratory protocol and quality control standards.
Job Relationships
Reports to the Laboratory Medical Director, Technical Director, and Assistant Laboratory Director.
Qualifications
Education : Graduate from an accredited Medical Technology School or a 4-year allied health program.
Certification : MT (ASCP) or equivalent / eligible.
Experience : A minimum of two years of laboratory experience. Proficient computer skills are required.
