The Nurse Practitioner will see established patients in the clinic setting and provide direct patient care. This position requires patience, empathy, time management, and professionalism with patients, co-workers, and providers.

Requirements : Job Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced scientific knowledge and skills to assess, plan, and implement appropriate health care to patients
- Will be responsible for ordering labs, imaging, procedures, therapy, and durable medical equipment as needed
- Will be responsible for medication management
- Review patient records and provide appropriate information to providers
- Efficiently document patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Respond to patient messages sent through our healthcare portal in a timely manner
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
