Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a private, unique environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization at the bar. Your ability to engage with guests and create memorable experiences will play a crucial role in our establishment's success. This job does require full-time availability (Monday to Sunday) thru the end of our golf season (Late November). Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal guidelines regarding alcohol service.
- Assist in managing inventory by tracking supplies, ordering stock as needed, and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Uphold food safety standards and maintain cleanliness throughout the bar area.
- Participate in special events or catering functions as required, including banquets or private parties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems for processing transactions efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are vital for success in this role.
- A background in hospitality or catering is a plus but not mandatory.
