Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a beautiful, private setting. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that each dining experience is memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Full-time availability (Monday to Sunday) thru the end of our golf season (Mid to late November) is crucial to securing a position with Stonewall. Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Sanitate tables and dining areas regularly to maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes to ensure efficient service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures.
- Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
