Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced nurse with 2-5 years of experience in ICU settings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, including administering medications, performing various medical procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identify potential complications or concerns, and take appropriate action to address them.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal health outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in ICU settings, preferably with experience in critical care.
- Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and NIH Stroke Certification.
