Administer all night audit functions. Ensure that all daily transactions are reconciled and accounted for in accordance with set policies and procedures. Ensure proper check-in and check-out of guests during the night audit shift.
- Carry out the policies and procedures of Stonewall Resort and Pyramid Global Hospitality while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and teamwork atmosphere as per standards of service.
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure that the night audit is performed in an accurate and timely manner each night.
- Complete close-day reports on MAESTRO, InfoGenisis, EZSuite, and update the Excel daily report, ensuring that all figures are transferred correctly and in balance.
- Balance rooms and food and beverage transactions by manually adding actual vouchers and reconciling with computer totals.
- Balance credit card, direct billings and other payments.
- Post room and tax charges after thoroughly auditing the potential room revenue and rate discrepancy reports.
- Distributes MAESTRO morning reports.
- Handles Front Office (check in and check out) functions and telephone operations during 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Ensure proper guest service during the night audit shift.
- Perform all activities in a professional manner and in accordance with company policy.
- Provide assistance in other job classifications as determined necessary by immediate superior.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of MAESTRO front office system and Excel experience are essential. InfoGenisis point-of-sale system experience and IBM personal computer experience desired.
