What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Stonewall Veterinary Clinic?
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for a busy 5 doctor veterinary clinic.
The following are the duties performed daily:
Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Start of business day procedures (retrieving phone messages, daily follow-up report, lab work retrieval)
Welcoming of clients/patients
Telephone communication/inquiries
Software/computer knowledge
Client/patient chart organization, recording conversation with owner in appropriate patient medical history, appointment details
Check out of client and receiving payment
Follow-up telephone communication
Reminder phone calls daily for next day appts/surgeries, etc.
Retrieval of daily lab work and routing to respective vet/tech
General teamwork duties of clinic
Physical Requirements: Assisting clients with pet, assisting clients with food purchase, unpacking daily deliveries of clinic supplies, able to lift heavy objects up to 30lbs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
