Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and streamline processes.
- Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products when appropriate.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and proactive in addressing customer needs.
