What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher position at Stonewood?
Are you looking to make some extra money and available to work occasional weekend nights? Due to our continuous growth, Stonewood is seeking event-based Dishwashers to join our team primarily on weekends! This position requires attention to detail, a desire to clean, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Must be available to work at least one weekend per month, (Friday/Saturday), approximately 4:00pm until 11:00pm. Some additional hours may be available, but not guaranteed.
Pay: $18/hour
Responsibilities:
- Soak/Pre-scrub heavily soiled pots and pans
- Properly load, operate, and unload the dishwash machine
- Set up and maintain dry dish stations
- Re-stock workstations with clean kitchen supplies
- Follow proper sanitation methods to clean and disinfect kitchen work areas, cooking equipment and floors
- Collect and properly dispose of garbage/recyclables in the dumpster area
- Assist in cleaning and maintenance of kitchen areas
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be available to work a minimum of one weekend day per month, (Friday/Saturday), approximately 4pm-11pm
- Keen sense and aspiration to clean and maintain tidiness
- Superior attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and squat the entirety of a 7-8 hour shift
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds repetitively throughout the shift
