Responsibilities

Daily customer interaction regarding order placement, execution, and fills

Assists with answering phones, filling order tickets, checking daily trades and afternoon prelims

Filing duties

Maintains a satisfied level of customer service with clients both internal and external

Handles client requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation to a more senior team member if necessary

Works proactively with other team members

Maintains prompt and regular attendance

Qualifications

Accounting, Agribusiness, Business, Economics, or Finance majors preferred

Strong interpersonal skills, able to deal with a variety of people comfortably and pleasantly

Strong customer skills

Ability to correctly make decisions involving client issues / problems including when to escalate the problem to a more senior consultant

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment

Certification for Series 3 license may be obtained with this role

Early Careers Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2025 and August 2026 (entering penultimate year of university)

Available for a May 2025 start date for an 8 - 10-week program

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)

Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
