Job Duties:

• Our traders are trusted with the capital of the firm. Careful and diligent risk management to meet the trading needs of our clients is our raison d’etre. As an analyst on our desk, you will have early exposure to our products, to quantitative and qualitative risk management philosophies, and to our clients.
• Develop and maintain product-specific models and software related to algorithmic trading, quantitative risk management, historical data visualization and other signal-based trading strategies for clients and the trading desk.
• Provide actionable trade ideas, testing and implementing them under the careful mentorship of our senior traders.
• Quickly learn the difference and similarities between the fixed income products traded across our desks.

Early Careers Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graudates between December 2023 and June 2025
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
• Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer

Hiring Salary Range $75,000 - $100,000 per annum (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
