Position Purpose: The role is to support the Firm in identifying, assessing, managing, and mitigating risks that arise from outsourcing services/products to external third parties. The role contributes to protecting the Firm from potential operational, compliance, financial, reputational, legal, and cybersecurity, etc. risks that third parties could potentially exposure the organization to.

Position Purpose: The role is to support the Firm in identifying, assessing, managing, and mitigating risks that arise from outsourcing services/products to external third parties. Responsibilities:
- Assist with third party risk management program execution
- Gather, review and process third party information and documentation
- Analyze possible issues and report results to the senior team members
- Ensure identified issues are properly documented
- Support business initiatives to review key third parties, as needed
- Participate in managing third party and affiliates data
- Conduct third party risk assessments, due diligence or other internal deliverables
- Perform adhoc analysis and project engagements, as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
- Third party risk / vendor risk management risk experience is a plus
- Experience with third party/vendor risk management platforms
- Bachelors Degree
- Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite, 2 days per week remote
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
