Responsibilities
Position Purpose:
The Operations team is responsible for all aspects of post-trade clearing, settlement, and delivery services, along with the support and administration of trading, clearing and settlement systems across four different product verticals:
Primary duties will include:
- Top day processing: Exchange/Custodian/Bank operations, Clearing & Settlement, Static Data maintenance, Cash and Collateral movements
- Next day processing: Investigations, Reconciliation, Physical Commodity deliveries (exchange-traded and OTC), Logistics and Administration, Regulatory reporting
- Systems Operations: Trade Platform support, Operations Systems support
- Client Services: Front Office support, Client support
Qualifications
To land this role you will need:
- A good Bachelor’s degree (under-graduates graduating in 2025 are welcome to apply)
- VBA, SQL, and other programming knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Other language capabilities are a plus
