Retail : Empower individual investors and yourself in the world of retail through a range of different financial products rooted in innovation and market intelligence. From FX and CFDs to precious metals, master an exciting world of wealth management tools.

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

Concept Development : Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative motion graphics concepts.
Design and Animation : Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content that align with the brands visual identity and marketing goals.
Storyboarding : Develop detailed storyboards and animatics to visualize project concepts and timelines.
Project Management : Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
Collaboration : Collaborate with the video manager, designers, copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
Feedback and Revisions : Incorporate feedback from clients and team members, making necessary revisions to achieve the desired outcome.
Trends and Innovation : Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design, animation techniques, and software advancements to continually improve the quality of work.
Technical Proficiency : Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other relevant tools to create motion graphics and animations.

Qualifications :

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience : 3 years of experience in motion design.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant motion design software (Cinema 4D, etc.).

Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion design projects, highlighting creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.

Creativity : Ability to generate original ideas and concepts that align with the brands vision and objectives.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.

Time Management : Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Team Player : A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment, contributing positively to team dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.

3D Animation : Experience with Cinema 4D but not essential.

Sound Design : Basic understanding of sound design and its integration with motion graphics.

Work Environment :

Hybrid : 3 days per week in office, 2 days per week remote
