The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn while contributing to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support in ongoing projects and operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take meeting notes.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of team members.
- Assist with data entry and database management.
- Conduct research for specific projects or tasks, providing summaries or reports as needed.
- Wholesale tasks, including but not limited to: sample coordination, asset requests, new account setup, RTV creation, mailer outreach, and other related tasks.
- Support team members with any other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Wholesale or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work well within a team.
- Prior internship or office experience is a plus but not required.
