Job Summary:
This is a remote position when not out in the field - must reside near San Fernando, CA.
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, construction, and project management.

Your Responsibilities:
- Meet and engage new and repeat customers in your territory, assessing their needs and providing a consultative Stonhard solution
- Closely work with your manager to meet and exceed sales goals
- Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction
- Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales, construction, and project management
- Proven success in business development and project management, interacting at all levels
- Strong capacity to learn a new industry
- High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and self-motivation
