Key Responsibilities
- Develop business relationships with new and existing customers through consultative sales calls and strategic account management.
- Work closely with management to meet and exceed sales goals, overseeing project delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in comprehensive training programs, traveling to our headquarters for scheduled training sessions.
Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive base salary range: $70,000 - $90,000
- Uncapped commission potential (average of $15,000 - $40,000 in the first two years)

Requirements
- B2B sales experience in construction, commercial, or industrial sectors preferred
- Proven success in business development and project management with strong communication skills
