Job Summary
The Industrial Equipment Technician at Stonhard is responsible for maintaining and operating various pieces of equipment used in the manufacturing process. This individual will work closely with production supervisors and other team members to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment and facilities.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field and a High School Diploma are required for this position. The ideal candidate will have excellent mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs daily and occasionally lift/move up to 75 lbs.

- Operate various pieces of equipment, including but not limited to, mixers, pumps, and conveyors.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and other team members to resolve issues and improve productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs.
