Job Description
The Process Technician will be responsible for production assigned duties, including batch and process manufacturing, compliance responsibilities, inventory control, bulk material handling, and packaging. This role falls into three categories: C, B, and A, where A is the most senior and technically proficient.

The Process Technician will be responsible for production assigned duties, including batch and process manufacturing, compliance responsibilities, inventory control, bulk material handling, and packaging. This role falls into three categories: C, B, and A, where A is the most senior and technically proficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works directly with Production Supervisors, other Process Technicians, Utility personnel, and others in the safe handling of equipment and chemical intermediates in storage and production.
- Has a good command and working knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
- Comprehends manufacturing techniques and demonstrates safety compliance.
- Executes tasks and project responsibilities outlined in the compliance calendar, production worklist, expected delivery report, and verbal/written instructions from Supervisors and Management.
- Conducts inventory control through cycle counts, batch logs, MUS record-keeping, and documentation filling/transferring.
- Assists in developing processes and safety programs.
- Manages inventory reduction according to departmental strategy.
- Participates in environmental and safety training as required by Federal, State, County, and Local regulations, and demonstrates compliance through work practice.
