The Production Operations Specialist at Stonhard will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This position requires an individual with a strong background in industrial equipment and chemical manufacturing.
This role is responsible for production assigned duties, which include batch and process manufacturing, compliance responsibilities, inventory control, bulk material handling, and packaging. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with production supervisors, other technicians, and utility personnel in the safe handling of equipment and chemical intermediates.

Background Requirements:
This role requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience and a High School Diploma. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs daily and occasionally lift/move up to 75 lbs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with production supervisors and other team members to ensure the safe operation of equipment and facilities.
- Have a good command and working knowledge of manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Comprehend manufacturing techniques and adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
- Execute tasks and project responsibilities as outlined by the compliance calendar, production worklist, expected delivery report, and verbal/written instructions from supervisors and management.
- Manage inventory control through cycle counts, batch log, MUS record keeping, and filling or transferring documentation.
- Assist in the development of processes and safety programs.
- Participate in environmental and safety training as required by Federal, State, County, and Local regulations, as well as company policies.
