BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES :
- Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager assumes responsibility in managing the human and material resources of the nursing unit to provide quality patient care and an environment conducive to personal growth and satisfaction.
- Responsible for knowledge of and contribution to departmental and organizational goals.
- Responsible for assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating all aspects of patient care.
- Promotes cooperation, a positive attitude and creates a safe environment for both patients and personnel.
- Responsible for knowing and adhering to established hospital policies and procedures, including all aspects of safety.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
