Optical Retail Associate

Fast paced optical store seeking outgoing, multi-faceted individual comfortable working with the public. A typical day includes assisting clients with the selection and purchase of eyewear (knowledge of fashion and current trends required,) handling insurance claims and setting appointments. Responsible for maintaining frame displays and light store cleaning. Excellent phone acumen and communication skills are a must. Strong data entry and computer skills required (Word proficiency preferred.) Majority of shift is spent standing and walking. Business casual attire required. Hours will be between 10am to 5pm, Tuesdays, Thursdays and some Saturday availability is important. Willing to train a qualified applicant, optical experience is a plus. Hourly pay rate is dependent upon experience. Must have a reliable source of transportation.
