What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bus Driver position at Stony Creek Joint Unified School District?
Searching for a dynamic individual to transport students on the school bus on regularly assigned routes and on special trips. The Stony Creek Joint Unified School District is located in a rural area of northern California and serves students from Ladoga to Chrome and from the western edge of the Sacramento Valley to the summit of the Coast Range. The district covers approximately six hundred square miles, of which nearly half is within the boundaries of the Mendocino National Forest. Also included in this area is Grindstone Rancheria, a Nomlaki Indian rancheria. Members from the Pomo and Wintun tribes also attend the school. Our district is small, with a student teacher ratio of approximately 6:1 which affords the opportunity to work closely with our students and their families to provide an excellent educational experience. Be 18 Years of Age
Have a valid California Driver's License
Be Certified as a School Bus Driver in California (Or be willing to get your bus driver certification. The District will cover this cost with a contract)
Have a valid Medical card (or be willing to get one)
Salary : $17 - $20
