Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise multiple store locations within the designated area
- Provide training development for store clerks to ensure operational efficiency
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service across all stores
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in payroll processing
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and meet targets
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock distribution among stores
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or store management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with training development practices
- Proficiency in managing budgets and analyzing financial reports
