To Be Considered:
- Preferred experience: 2 years in customer service/sales and 1 year in property management.
- A positive and outgoing personality that enhances customer interactions.
- Proficiency with technology is advantageous.
- Strong phone handling skills, active listening ability, and experience with cash handling.
- Availability on weekends and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and a collaborative spirit.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of 2 self-storage locations in Pataskala and Etna, including inventory management, Uhaul operations and retail sales.
- Supervise and train team members on customer service, cash handling, and sales techniques as necessary.
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with tenants and potential clients.
- Ensure efficient time management to handle multiple tasks effectively, including cleaning and prepping moved-out units, weekly property audits, light maintenance, on-site cleaning and other tasks necessary to keep the property presentable and making a great first impression to our customers!
- Hold a valid driver's license for property maintenance and errands.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
