Job Summary
S.T.O.P. Restoration, a leading provider of disaster restoration services in New Mexico, is seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and expanding our services in the local community, building relationships with potential clients, and ensuring our company remains top-of-mind for individuals and businesses in need of restoration services. The Business

Development Representative will work closely with our Business Development Manager as well as the production team to develop and implement strategies that attract new clients, generate leads, and foster long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Research & Strategy Development:

Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities within the restoration industry in New Mexico.

Develop marketing strategies tailored to specific local markets, maximizing outreach and brand recognition.

- Brand Awareness & Promotion:

Represent S.T.O.P. Restoration at local community events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote our services and build brand recognition..

Develop and manage marketing campaigns across many platforms such as social media and email campaigns with a focus on direct marketing.

- Lead Generation:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by networking with property managers, insurance agents, contractors, real estate professionals, and other potential referral sources.

Qualify leads and work closely with the production team to convert leads into customers.

- Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure exceptional service quality.

- Reporting & Analysis:

Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.

Regularly report on marketing activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and market advancements.

- Collaboration & Communication:

Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to ensure marketing messages align with service delivery and client expectations.

Assist in creating promotional materials, including brochures, business cards, and flyers.

- Community Involvement:

Engage in local community outreach, sponsoring events or partnering with local organizations to increase visibility and trust in the brand.

Foster a positive reputation in the New Mexico community through active engagement and word-of-mouth marketing.

Qualifications:

- Experience & Education:

High School Degree or equivalent.

Minimum of one year of marketing experience, preferably in a service-oriented industry (restoration, construction, or insurance experience a plus).

- Skills:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.).

Knowledge of local market trends and customer needs in New Mexico. Ability to create compelling marketing content and promotional materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Personal Attributes:

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. High energy and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
