What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead & manage a team handling personal property restoration.
- Oversee the packing, cleaning, storage, and return of customers’ belongings after disasters like water, fire, and mold damage.
- Ensure that every job meets high-quality standards and is completed efficiently.
- Communicate with customers, adjusters, and project managers to keep all parties informed.
- Maintain organization of contents inventory, documentation, and safety protocols.
- Drive results by setting clear goals and expectations for your team.

Leadership experience in restoration, moving, or a similar field.
Strong work ethic and ability to hold yourself and your team accountable.

Ability to direct multiple team members and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.57 - $25.98 per hour
