Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Select and gather grocery items according to customer orders with attention to detail.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of products picked for customers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding order statuses and any potential issues.
- Utilize mobile devices to manage orders, track inventory, and communicate with the distribution center.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the shopping process.
Experience
- Previous experience in a grocery store or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with mobile devices for order management is advantageous.
- Ability to drive or transport groceries as needed may be required based on location.
- Experience working in a distribution center is a plus.
