The Stop & Shop In-House Creative Team is currently on the lookout for a strong art director who can take a creative brief and bring it to life through inspiring concepts and visual designs. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in current design trends, has experience building brands and working on marketing campaigns. Is that you? We want you to help us :
- Concept and design 360 campaigns that will come to life in-store (ex. signage, store dcor, packaging, flyers...) and outside the store (ex. website, social media, email, online banners, direct mail, print ads...)
- Provide innovative creative solutions that elevate the brand and engages customers
- Develop and maintain the brand's design standards to drive brand consistency
- Work on multiple projects at the same time, many with tight deadlines
- Effectively present and sell ideas
- Collaborate with other creatives and cross-functional leaders to make the work stronger
- Collaborate with our Photographer and Food Stylist to create aspirational food and lifestyle imagery
- Collaborate with the Traffic Coordinator and Production Manager to plan and schedule shoots

We are a team of copywriters, art directors, designers, photographers, and food stylists. We are in charge of all things creative at Stop & Shop. We have two photography / video studios where we have the opportunity to bring our ideas to life.
